Tournament Format & Rules

Group Stage: 35 teams split into 7 groups of 5. Each group plays a round-robin.

Match format: 2 sets to 21 points, win by 2, no point cap. Please record every set score.

Match points: Win both sets = 3 pts · Win one set = 1 pt each · Lose both = 0 pts.

Tiebreakers (same group): 1) Head-to-head result · 2) Total points in head-to-head match (if split 1–1) · 3) Overall total points scored · 4) Fewest total points allowed.

Playoffs: 1st & 2nd of each group advance to Sand Elite. 3rd places play qualification games (71, 72) for the last 2 Sand Elite spots. 4th places and the 5th places play in the Sand Social division.
